| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TCR on 3/14/07 DETAILS: A water sample taken on 3/14/2007 was positive for total coliform. According to Xin Lou a follow-up water sample was taken on 03/28/07 which he said was negative for coliforms. He also said that 5 samples taken on 04/18/07 were also negative for coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Business is not on the Drinking Water Program, but will continue with quarterly testing for coliforms. System is classified as private for a processing facility and coliform tests are kept on file only in ODHS Salem office. | ||
