| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 10/03/06 and positive repeats on 10/09/06 DETAILS: On 10/12/06 I spoke to Gary from Alpine Pump in regards to the positive coliform repeat samples collected on 10/09/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He sent public notifications and also did a shock chlorination as a corrective action. He will take repeat samples. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples and follow up. | ||
