| Details: | SUMMARY: One positive coliform routine sample on 06/13/06 DETAILS: On 06/14/06 I spoke to Jim Nash (water operator assistant) with Stutzman Services regarding the positive repeat coliform samples collected on 06/13/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to do the four repeat samples required. I suggested taking a sample from the entry point since the positive sample appeared to be near the entry point. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
