| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 06/04/07 DETAILS: On 06/06/07 I spoke to Dave Crapo (water operator) regarding positive coliform sample collected on 06/04/07 (received on 06/05/07). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to take the four repeat samples tomorrow to be in compliance. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
