| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples taken 8/01 were all total coliform positive DETAILS: All 3 Repeat samples taken on 8/01 were total coliform positive. Carolyn thought that the chlorine residual was adequate but on Saturday, August 4 she notified me that the chlorinator wasnt working properly. The system started manually chlorinating and is now carrying a good chlorine residual of 0.5 mg/l or greater.. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to provide Public Notification for total coliform MCL violation. | ||
