| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 10/06/06 DETAILS: On 10/20/06 I spoke to Tim Triuett regarding a nitrate sample collected on 10/06/06 (received on 10/20/06). I told Tim that his sample will count as one of the four consecutive quarterly samples required. He will take a sample this quarter and the next two consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow up. | ||
