| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 05/18/07 DETAILS: On 5/31/07 I spoke to Marty (water assistant operator) regarding nitrate sample collected on 05/18/07 (received on 05/31/07). I told Marty he will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. Marty is already taking quarterly samples for nitrates. I explained that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL (10 ppm), he is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow up. | ||
