| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 09/01/06 and 09/15/06 DETAILS: On 10/11/06 I spoke to Mark Elledge regarding nitrate sample collected on 09/01/06 and 09/15/06 (received on 10/11/06). I told Mark he will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. I recommended that he take a sample this quarter and the next three consecutive quarters for a total of four consecutive quarters. Mark is already taking quarterly samples for nitrates. I told Mark that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL (10 ppm), he is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow up. | ||
