| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate present on 03/09/07 DETAILS: On 04/17/07 I spoke to Roger (water assistant operator) regarding nitrate sample collected on 03/09/07 (received on 04/17/07). I told Roger he will need to test for nitrates for four consecutive quarters. Roger is already taking quarterly samples for nitrates. I explained that if the samples from four consecutive quarters are less than the MCL (10 ppm), he is only required to take samples annually. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow up. | ||
