| Details: | SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene present on 10/27/06 DETAILS: On 12/08/06 I spoke to Jim Nash (water operator assistant) regarding a tetrachloroethylene sample collected on 10/27/06 (received on 12/08/06). We talked about potential sources and sampling requirements. I told Jim he will need to continue to test for tetrachloroethylene quarterly until further notice. I recommended that he take a sample on each quarter for the upcoming quarters to complete at least one year of quarterly samples. Jim will plan to continue to sample quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of quarterly samples and follow up. | ||
