Details: SUMMARY: ERP on-site consult DETAILS: I met with operator Dick Speros on-site. We went over components of emergency response plan which included written procedures, call list, and security measures. Mr. Speros had a draft ERP which he will continue to work on. We also looked at the well house and discussed security measures. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
