| Details: | This system is on quarterly sampling due to a December 2019 test above 50% of the MCL. I spoke to Mr. Kammerer in December and told him his sampling schedule would go the quarterly. He questioned when in 2010 when he had a detection 0f 20.4 and a confirmation sample six days later return at zero he was not required to do anything. At the time Mr. Kammerer couldn't explain why he had gotten a sample that high. I explained state rule requires quarterly sampling for one year in this case. We will monitor the quarterly sample for year. If they are reliably and consistently below 10 ppm we will discuss returning to annual schedule. |
