| Details: | SUMMARY: State regulated: 1 of 4 repeats taken 7/9/07 TC positive (NOTE: alert not received until 7/16/07) DETAILS: I spoke to Steve H. Friday 7/13. He called to say the lab notified him that one of four repeats were TC positive. He shock-chlorinated the well Wednesday 7/11 and will resample today. After some discussion with Steve, it appears that the entire system was not adequately shock-chlorinated last time. I sent him the template for the public notice and he said he would distribute it today. I told him I would send a copy of the PN to the state. ACTION NEEDED: No further action, will continue to monitor. | ||
