| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: One of two repeat samples collected 8/1 at the Umapine store tested positive for total coliforms. The batch chlorination before these latest samples brought the residual up to 0.3 mg/L and remained in the system for several days. After this failed sample, Frank agreed that the system needs to begin chlorinating on a permanent basis. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to begin chlorinating on a permanent basis, collect five routine samples in August, collect DBP samples this summer. | ||
