| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will post PN and M/R five routines in 8/07 DETAILS: One repeat collected 7/11/07 at 32403 Hidden Valley Rd. was positive for total coliform. The operator has cleaned the reservoir and disinfected the system. She will collect a special 4-5 days post-disinfection to check efficacy. Operator agrees to post PN for an MCL violation, send me a copy, and do 5 routines in August 07. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
