| Details: | SUMMARY: alert DETAILS: Spoke with Terry today about recent total coliform detection on 8/7/07. He stated that the chlorine injection system was found to be clogged, they have since fixed the problem and are having the four repeats collected today. I advised him they will also need to take 5 routine samples in September 2007. ACTION NEEDED: await results of the four repeat samples and take five routine samples in September 2007. | ||
