| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC Exception Investigation DETAILS: Water system is listed on the 2007 SNC Fixed Based List for failure to monitor and report coliform samples, starting in the 2nd qtr 2006 (see March and April 2007 contact reports for more info). The water system resumed sampling during the 2nd qtr of 2007. Water system was contacted to make sure that they were planning to collect a coliform sample for the 3rd qtr. The store recently changed ownership and the new owner, Steven Bass, was informed of the monitoring requirements and the importance of collecting coliform samples in order to avoid becoming an SNC exception. The owner indicated that he would collect any samples that were required. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3rd quarter coliform sample and all subsequent quarterly coliform samples. | ||
