| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint that water was shut down DETAILS: Complaint that water was shut down. Water sometimes has too much chlorine. Person says she gets stomach trouble when drinking the water. Since she started boiling the water she has had no more troubles. Pump went out. I called the manager after checking SDWIS (things appear to be in order). Discussed chlorination, records. Owner says she tests daily and chlorine is at 1.0. I added that if water is to be off for extended time they need to consider where they can obtain drinking water. Called complainant back and explained situation and to call me soon if problem was not resolved. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
