| Details: | SUMMARY: TC postive RT sample follow-up DETAILS: Gary called to report a positive total coliform routine sample collected at the laundry room site. No known problems with sample site or technique (lab collects on route). No work being done in system. System is not continuously disinfected. Waterlab is mailing the PWS 5 additional sample bottles so that the minimum of 4 repeats can be collected asap. Gary will collect one upstream, one downstream, one at positive site, and one other in system. Gary has made no contact with Linn County. I provided Gary with Linn County contact (John McEvoy) and phone number. ACTION NEEDED: Gary will contact Linn County (primary) or the DHS DWP (secondary) with repeat results and discuss further requirements. | ||
