Details: SUMMARY: A positive routine coliform sample was collected on 06/28/07 DETAILS: 07/03/07- I left a voicemail for Chuck explaining the repeat sampling procedure and asking him to call me back. 07/10/07- Four repeat samples collected on 07/05/07 tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be submitted in the month of July.
