| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample collected 06/27/07 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 07/03/07- I spoke with maintenance staff- 4 repeat samples are being collected today. 07/05/07- 4 repeat samples passed (collected at kitchen sink, upstairs bathroom, outside tap, and well). I scheduled a sanitary survey with water system operator Rolan Turrenne for 07/10/07. At that time we will try to determine the source of the problem. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples need to be collected in the month of July. | ||
