| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called owner Sandie 7/17 and discussed positive routine. She explained that Coffey Labs had come out and taken 1 repeat sample on the 16th. I called Coffey Labs and explained that a total of 4 repeats were required. Lab took additional 3 repeats on 7/18. All 4 repeats absent. Sandie explained that Dan had been doing some routine pipe maintenance. We discussed spot chlorinated areas of work. Discussed 5 routine samples with Sandie and Steve at Coffey Labs. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine coliform samples in August. If all absent, can go back to quarterly. | ||
