Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received alert 7/13 for 7/10 TC positive. Called system regarding repeat sampling. System took 4 repeats and one was positive. Called system again and discussed PN. Brian explained that they change a meter and the sample tap was from an unoccupied house. System chlorinated and took 2 specials. Both absent. System forwarded copy of PN. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples during August.
