Details: SUMMARY: Missed 2nd quarter DBP monitoring DETAILS: Called system to inform them we had not received 2nd quarter DBP results, and the requirement to note this omission in next years CCR. Apparently a change in clerical staff at the City was the reason this occurred. ACTION NEEDED: None.
