| Details: | SUMMARY: Several Water Outages in last month, and a regular occurrence in past year DETAILS: Resident reported 9 water outages in the last month. Once the water was out for 2.5 days. Resident identified the source of the problem to be old, undependable equipment that the manager of the MHP is forced to gerry-rig and fix, due to financial constraints. ACTION NEEDED: Pete vmd Douglas County, and the Manager, Cory Dawson (541.496.4694) that the system needs to boil their water every time they lose pressure in the line. Douglas County or Region 2 DWP needs to follow-up with that message in person or in live conversation to help the manager accomplish the Tier 1 notice, as well as resolve the longterm situation. Re-classification of the WS may be in order, as well. |
