| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positve Alert Response, Sample Invalidation DETAILS: Spoke with Dan. The repeat sample collected at the same location as the routine TC positive was TC positive, and the other three repeat samples were all TC absent. This meets the criteria for invalidating the routine and repeat TC positive samples. Dan will collect another routine sample next week to replace the invalidated routine sample. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to invalidate Aug TC positive samples. PWS to collect replacement routine sample. | ||
