| Details: | SUMMARY: One routine sample TC positive. DETAILS: City had one of their 5 routine monthly samples test positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples were taken and all were negative. Situation was attributed to possible operator error. ACTION NEEDED: None. No violation has occurred, and the requirement for 5 samples the following month will be met. | ||
