| Details: | Westland Water Association has a 2019 Annual Summary Report (ASR) that has not been issued, which is listed as a significant deficiency on this system's most recent Water System Survey. I called and spoke with system contact Don Calvert on the phone about the overdue ASR, which must be completed with 2019 water system data and submitted to the State of Oregon by April 26, 2020. When I asked if there was an email address to forward the ASR form to, Mr. Calvert said that he preferred the ASR form be mailed to him. So I mailed an blank 2019 Annual Summary Report to be completed and sent to Oregon Drinking Water Services by April 26. Don said he would inform the person in charge of the water system's Cross Connection control matters of this. |
