| Details: | SUMMARY: System did not sample during the 4th Qtr 06 and 2nd Qtr 07 DETAILS: Contacted water system since they did not report samples for the 4th Qtr 06 and 2nd Qtr 07and I wanted to make sure they did not miss the 3 Qtr sample for 07. Water system contacted the laboratory and was not able to find any results for those quarters. Marilyn Martin indicated that she would collect a sample for the 3rd and 4th qtrs of 2007. The water system also sent an explanation for the missing samples during 2004. The store was vacant from 8-24-06 to 4-15-06. ACTION NEEDED: Collect coliform samples for the 3rd and 4th qtrs of 2007. | ||
