| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform repeat sample. DETAILS: Larry Lassiter called me today to let me know they had another 2 positive total coliform samples taken on 8/19/07 after disinfecting and flushing the well after the positive samples taken on 8/5/07. Larry posed public notice (I received a copy) and will disinfect the well again and replace the seal packing. He will take special samples and then 5 routines in September. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the special samples and September routines. | ||
