| Details: | This system had a routine coliform sample come back positive on April, 10th. I called the system the same day and left a voicemail suggesting that the system rely on their prepared and written Revised Total Coliform Response Plan to guide their follow-up actions. I called again today and reached operator Julian. He indicated that he took three repeat distribution samples on Monday, April 13th and had been notified by his water lab that he still needs a triggered source sample. He intends to collect that sample today. I reintroduced myself to Julian, insured he had my contact information and knew that I could be called upon for timely and accurate answers and information regarding the Hubbard 76 Station public water system. |
