| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up to complaint investigation. DETAILS: See contact report from 8/24/07 for complaint history. Talked to Delbert Bell regarding problems with white substance in the distribution system. Delbert suspects the white substance in the water is the result of vegetable oil leaking into the well from a turbine pump that has a too high of a feed rate. Four recent coliform samples within the distribution system were negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Reduce the vegetable oil feed rate on the turbine pump and see if the white substance disappears. | ||
