| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 9/13/07. I spoke with Jeff Chastain on 9/17/07, who said Delta Lab is coming to take the repeat samples today. Jeff did not know why the sample was positive. We discussed the need for 5 routine samples in October and Jeff said hed call me with the results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeat samples. | ||
