| Details: | SUMMARY: Dosage Calculations and Trubidity Profile CT Study No alarms DETAILS: I have made several calls to system to schedule assistance with the deficiencies noted on the SW Region Report. There has been issues making scheduling difficult. I have contacted Terry Nelson subcontractor for the Circuit Program to address the cost of installation of alarms for high turbidity and low chlorine. The system is intended to dial a pager when the operator is off site to alert them to the plant conditions.
