| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to 4-17-07 Sanitary Survey DETAILS: HBH received notice that this system required assistance addressing the issues on the Sanitary Survey of April 17 2007. I attempted to contact Mr Woodward beginning in June and finally made contact on July 9th. The Sanitary Survey noted July 10 2007 as the date to submit a written plan and schedule to resolve or correct deficiencies. Jon indicated he was submitting a letter and due to his work hours would be better situated to work on the deficiencies at the beginning of August. I have outlined a plan of action to expiate the time on site to accomplish the corrections required by the survey. Several messages have gone unanswered indicating the need to get started on the extensive list of deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: Continue trying to schedule an appointment | ||
