Details:	We discussed the Lead and Copper monitoring issue at Lourdes. The operator only took 4 samples when they should have taken 5 and one was taken at a janitor's closet sink. The sink is the site that had a detect. Phebe discussed potential options with Brad Daniels, then discussed those potential solutions with me. The operator will need to take one more sample before July 1st to complete the five required, and take another set of five in the next quarter. Additionally, they will need to post a notice in the hallway by the sink. I will be reaching out to the operator to work on accomplishing these steps.
