| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Jon called today to report 2 of the 4 repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. I emailed him the public notice template as well as coliform fact sheet that has shock chlorination procedures. He is not sure where the contamination is coming from, I advised taking a sample of the well to determine if its coming from the source or from their 10,000 gallon redwood storage tank. He is planning on shocking the system and taking the five routine samples this month. ACTION NEEDED: post public notice, shock system and take five routines in month of October 2007. | ||
