| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Bill Leslie who takes the samples for Agate creek about the total coliform positive result taken on 10/02/07, he said there was a power failure and the UV light was temporarily out of service. He also said the auto shut-off didnt work on the UV light system so untreated water entered the distribution system and he took a sample the next morning. The power is back on and the UV light is on. He is going to take the four repeat samples as soon as he can, probably early next week. ACTION NEEDED: take four repeat samples asap, take five routine samples in month of November 2007. | ||
