| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert-lead above action level DETAILS: Spoke with Mike McCormick today about the recent lead exceedance. He stated that the original samples dated 9/11/07, two of the sites were not representative as they are not used frequently and did not run water at those faucets prior to sampling. I advised him to send me a written explanation describing the problem with the first round of samples. Mike has since re-sampled again and the results are in compliance. I will pursue to have the first round of samples invalidated as they were not representative samples. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to provide a written explanation of why the samples should be invalidated. Look at changing two of the sampling locations as they are not used anymore. | ||
