Details:	SUMMARY: Alert repeat samples present total coliform DETAILS: Roger Rudolf called today to report that 2 of the 4 repeat samples collected 10/8/07 were present for total coliform. He is going to have Dan Reitz of Oregon Water services come out and check the UV light for any failures. He is aware that 5 routine samples are required in the month of November 2007 and plans to flush the lines and take those samples in the month of November 2007. If Dan finds anything wrong with the UV light they will get it fixed. ACTION NEEDED: Try to identify the problem, correct it, and take 5 routine samples in the month of November 2007.
