Details: | Wylesha and Eric, Just to clarify this water system is now named Rowena Crest Manor to minimize confusion. I have included a template for creating a new enabling authority to match the name. For the deficiencies for the water system, since this water system is a community water system so there is an annual summary report required for cross connection control. To correct this deficiency, please follow the directions on the link provided. https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/HEALTHYENVIRONMENTS/DRINKINGWATER/CROSSCONNECTION/Pages/reports.aspx The probable issue with this is that we spoke during the previous survey and we were having trouble knowing where the past connections are located for the system. I have included a list of assembly testers who may be able to help with this issue. https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/HEALTHYENVIRONMENTS/DRINKINGWATER/CROSSCONNECTION/Pages/publiclist.aspx The last correction on the survey is the hazards that are located around the wellsite. If we could be able to verify with photos or a quick trip to the site to see that the area has been cleared that would resolve that issue as well. I totally understand that these are stressful times we are living in and this work may not be completed tomorrow. But if we could have a framework of a plan to move forward to ensure that there will not be backflow contamination for the water system, it would help us keep the water system and the people living there safe. I hope this is slightly helpful, please let me know if I can assist further. |
