| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding TC+ routine sample. DETAILS: Called Leslie Benz regarding TC+ sample collected on 10/12/07. Explained proper coliform sample collection procedure for coliform samples. Also explained that 4 repeat samples need to be collected ASAP and 5 routine samples the following month. Leslie was going to talk to the person responsible for collecting samples to make sure the person did not collect the sample improperly. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples and if the 4 are negative then collect 5 routine samples the following month. | ||
