| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations for TCR Non-reporting DETAILS: System has accrued non-reporting TCR violations for 8/07 and 9/07. System normally takes 7 or 8 samples per month (7 required), and a check of SDWIS showed that we did received the required number of samples for both months, but they were one day late (received on the 11th). I spoke to Al at the WTP and left a message for Doyle at the office regarding the importance of receiving test results by the 10th of the following month. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
