| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding TC+ repeat samples. DETAILS: Talked to Duane regarding TC+ repeat samples. He said that 3 of the 4 samples were TC+. He was not sure of the reason since one of the samples right after the pressure tank was TC+ and the sample immediately downstream was TC- and the two after the negative sample were also positive. We also discussed his corrective action and he indicated that he was going to shock the well then resample. Duane was also going to post a Tier 2 notice. Public notice and well chlorination procedures were emailed to Duane. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate the well and resample. If the samples after chlorination are negative then 5 repeat samples will need to be collected the following month. | ||
