| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform routine sample - follow up initiated DETAILS: Bill called at 11:30 am to report a positive total coliform sample collected 10/16/07 from an existing sample site from their written coliform sampling plan. No known issues with site, collection procedures, etc. Initiated investigation, including the collection of 3 repeat samples asap (10/18/07). No violation as they have not yet exceeded 5% of potitive samples. Bill will report additional info as needed upon availabilty. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to monitor situation and assist PWS with further corrective action and public notification if needed. | ||
