| Details: | SUMMARY: Two out of 3 Repeat samples were total coliform positive. DETAILS: 3 Repeat samples were taken on 10/19 and 2 were total coliform positive. The chlorine residual has been less than 0.1mg/l and that is likely the problem. Ron will chlorinate at the Goldmohr reservoir and flush the system. The flow from the wells is currently 600,000 gpd and chlorine used is 20 lb per day, which yields a theoretical residual of 4.0 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: Public notification to be provided at the subdivision, which has 22 residential connections. DWP to provide notification template information. City to review chlorination procedures to increase residual throughout the system. | ||
