| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Richard today about the total coliform present sample taken 10/22/07. He didnt know any reason for the positive sample other than he didnt turn off the irrigation system and possibly had a backflow. He said the lab is going to take 4 repeat samples tomorrow. He is aware of the 5 routine samples required to be taken in November 2007. ACTION NEEDED: take four repeat samples, take five routine samples in November 2007. | ||
