| Details: | Alison Minerovic at the DEQ lab emailed the operator about upcoming cyanotoxin monitoring training prior to this year's season and he replied that he is unwilling to conduct cyanotoxins monitoring this year due to the time and expense. He suggests we find a different operator to do the testing. Issue referred to the regulator to contact the system operator and remind him of the requirements. If there is a cyanotoxin detection by a water system using the same source, this system may have to go on an advisory if there is a lack of data showing their water is safe to drink. |
