| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Notice Due to Pressure Loss DETAILS: 10/31 - Received a call from Jackie that the main well pump went down and there was no pressure in the system. 11/1 - The backup well was placed into service in the morning. Drafted boil notice. Drove to the system and distributed public notice to 12 of the 22 homes. Checked for chlorine residual and collected coliform sample. 11/2 - Coliform sample passed, boil notice lifted. See file for more detailed contact report. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to repair main well pump. | ||
