| Details: | The water system has failed to conducted required cyanotoxins monitoring since the rule went into effect July 2018. In 2019, Daniel Hough made a field visit to this system and discussed the monitoring requirements but the system did not sample. In late February 2020, Daniel Hough made another field visit, and he indicated it is highly likely the system will continue their inaction. OHA is in the process of issuing an Administrative Order to the property owner for failure to adequately treat surface water. If there is a cyanotoxin detection by a water system using the same source, this system may have to go on an advisory if there is a lack of data showing their water is safe to drink. | ||
